Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Senior Epic Analyst to lead design, build, and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet solutions and Care Coordination workflows. You will act as a SME, mentor teammates, and partner with clinical leadership to translate program goals into scalable Epic configurations.

The role focuses on Healthy Planet registries, care plans, and health maintenance, plus Care Everywhere interoperability to support transitions of care and cross-continuum communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of Epic experience, with substantial hands-on work in Healthy Planet and/or care coordination/care management modules.
• Epic certification(s) in Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, Ambulatory or related modules required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Healthy Planet registries, care plans, care teams, and health maintenance topics for population health initiatives.
• Design and optimize care coordination workflows supporting transitions of care, discharge planning, and care team communication.
• Serve as the primary Epic liaison for Population Health, Care Management, and ACO stakeholders, translating program goals into technical requirements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts on Healthy Planet build standards, testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Partner with reporting teams to ensure data feeds support dashboards and quality reporting, and participate in release planning.
