Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst focused on the Healthy Planet module to support the Epic Healthy Planet workflows and system builds across the organization. The role emphasizes risk adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose, with potential leveling to senior responsibilities.

The candidate will be certified in Healthy Planet and Ambulatory modules, contributing to enterprise-wide improvements while collaborating with clinical, financial, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in clinical, business, or healthcare operations, or 5 years with no degree.
• Epic certification in the assigned area within the first 90 days of training.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain and support Epic Healthy Planet.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Provide Epic and other application support, file maintenance and builds for updates and implementations.
• Assist with Epic Security assignments and maintenance as appropriate.
• Provide on-call and project management support as needed.
• Follow IS project management protocols and document ongoing improvements.
