Job summary

Emory Healthcare seeks an Epic Analyst focused on the Healthy Planet module to support Epic Healthy Planet workflows, validations, and builds across the system with emphasis on Risk Adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose.

The ideal candidate will hold Healthy Planet and Ambulatory certifications, bring 3+ years of healthcare IT experience, and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Epic certification (Healthy Planet and Ambulatory) within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, and support Epic Healthy Planet.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Maintain relationships with clinical, financial, and Epic partners.
• Mentor other analysts and manage complex projects independently.
• Provide project management support and adhere to IS protocols.
