Job summary

Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) seeks an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to design workflows that identify care gaps and strengthen care coordination. You will work with providers, population health teams, and operational leaders to implement proactive, value-based patient care using Epic Healthy Planet.

Applicants should hold an Epic certification, have strong analytics skills, and be capable of translating complex clinical processes into technical builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Public Health, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Active Epic certification and ongoing maintenance throughout employment.
• Experience configuring, testing, or optimizing Epic Healthy Planet or similar population health tools.
• Experience with quality reporting, population health, care management, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain patient registries, risk-scoring models, and patient outreach tools within the Healthy Planet suite.
• Build care management documentation workflows, longitudinal care plans, and roster management engine configurations.
• Maintain system metrics for CMS ACO quality measures and public health reporting initiatives.
• Configure and support Compass Rose program services to address clinical care management and social determinants of health.
• Collaborate with population health stakeholders to translate quality reporting into actionable system elements.
• Test and validate clinical decision support tools to close gaps in preventive care.
