Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst focused on the Healthy Planet module to support the Epic Healthy Planet application across the organization. The role emphasizes Risk Adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose, with expectation of obtaining Healthy Planet and Ambulatory certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare operational roles or 5+ years with no degree.
• Epic certification in the assigned area within 90 days of training completion.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain, and support Epic Healthy Planet.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and serve as a business partner across service lines.
• Mentor other analysts and manage complex projects independently.
• Provide Epic security guidance and on-call coverage as scheduled.
• Follow IS project management protocols and maintain thorough documentation.
