Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst focused on the Healthy Planet module to support Epic Healthy Planet workflows and builds across Emory Healthcare. The role emphasizes Risk Adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose, with certification in Healthy Planet and Ambulatory required. Level could be 2 or 3 depending on experience.

The analyst will design, test, implement, and provide ongoing support, partnering with service lines and departments while mentoring others in Epic workflows.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations or 5+ years with no degree.
• Epic certification in the assigned area within 90 days of training.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Healthy Planet.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet goals.
• Represent the Emory Digital team and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide Epic and other app support, file maintenance, and updates.
• Assist with Epic Security assignments and maintenance.
• Provide on-call coverage as scheduled.
• Provide project management support with some oversight.
• Follow IS project management protocol.
• Stay current on Epic version training and certifications.
