Job summary

Emory Healthcare seeks an Epic Analyst focused on the Healthy Planet module to support Epic Healthy Planet workflows and system builds across Emory Healthcare. Initial focus on Risk Adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose, with potential Level 3 consideration.

This remote position requires Healthy Planet and Ambulatory certifications and will collaborate with clinical and financial departments, Epic partners, and Emory Digital teams to ensure comprehensive support and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• Epic certification in the assigned area within the first 90 days of training.
• Epic certification (Healthy Planet) and Ambulatory certification are required.
• Working knowledge of the assigned operational department areas.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain and support Epic Healthy Planet.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals.
• Build positive relationships with Emory coworkers and Epic partners.
• Mentor other analysts in methods and processes.
• Manage complex projects independently.
• Provide Epic and other applications support, file maintenance and builds for updates/usages.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or related field
