Job summary

Clarity Partners is hiring an Epic Applications & Project Manager to lead a large public sector Epic laboratory implementation. You will manage application build, workflow design, testing, readiness, go-live, and transition to operations.

Preferred candidates have recent Epic Beaker experience, PMP certification, and a track record of managing cross-functional teams across clinical, laboratory, and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, or related field.
• 7+ years healthcare IT experience with LIS/clinical applications.
• Recent Epic implementations in academic medical centers or large health systems.
• Experience leading Epic Beaker Beaker/Pathology modules is preferred.
• PMP or similar PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic laboratory application build and configuration decisions.
• Design and validate laboratory workflow alongside pathology teams.
• Direct testing activities across laboratory applications (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Manage cross-team dependencies through the implementation timeline.
• Lead go-live readiness assessments and execution.
• Transition from go-live support to ongoing operations.
