Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Epic certification and 2–5 years progressive experience as an Epic analyst in a healthcare setting.
• Must have participated in at least one Epic implementation or optimization project.
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, documentation, and practice standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent IT analyst experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, maintenance, and support of Epic and other healthcare application systems.
• Collaborate with hospital departments and vendors; represent the IT department in healthcare projects.
• Provide customer service within healthcare IT.
