Job summary

The University of Toledo is seeking an Enterprise Application Analyst - Temp to act as an expert on enterprise healthcare applications. The role will focus on Epic ambulatory, inpatient, ancillary, or revenue cycle systems, driving project development, design, and implementation within the IT department.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining healthcare applications, delivering strong customer service, and coordinating with vendors across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, MIS, CS or healthcare.
• 5–7 years of healthcare experience.
• Epic Clinical Systems implementation, development and support experience.
• Design, build, test and implement Epic ambulatory, ancillary, inpatient or revenue cycle apps.
• Knowledge of Epic product and clinical workflows.
• Current Epic certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead major healthcare applications project development and implementation.
• Develop, maintain and support enterprise healthcare applications.
• Provide high-level customer service for healthcare IT.
• Collaborate with hospital departments and vendors as needed.
