Job summary

Ellit Groups is seeking an experienced Epic Patient Access Analyst specializing in Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) to optimize patient access, scheduling, registration, and insurance eligibility workflows. Certification in Epic Cadence, Prelude, and RTE is required, with hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting RTE functionality.

You'll collaborate with patient access, registration, scheduling, financial clearance, revenue cycle, and technical teams to translate requirements

Qualifications

Active Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Real-Time Eligibility certifications.
Hands-on experience configuring Epic Real-Time Eligibility and optimization of workflows.
Experience supporting patient access, registration, scheduling, and insurance eligibility workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Real-Time Eligibility functionalities.
Evaluate and improve patient access, scheduling, registration, and eligibility workflows.
Configure RTE connections, payer mappings, and eligibility rules.
Troubleshoot eligibility errors and payer response issues.
Analyze RTE data to address coverage discrepancies and verification exceptions.
Support front-end revenue cycle workflows including registration and benefits verification.
Document requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Assist with Epic upgrades and optimization initiatives.
