You will partner with business, clinical, and IT stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable requirements and assess Epic capabilities to guide solution choices.

You will perform workflow analyses, support business cases, and help drive adoption and measurable operational value across market initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field with minimum three years’ IT consulting or related experience.
• Epic experience preferred; strong understanding of Epic First implementation and workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business, clinical, and IT stakeholders to define operational needs and translate them into requirements.
• Assess Epic/enterprise capabilities before recommending new solutions.
• Perform current and future-state workflow and impact analyses to guide decisions.
• Support business cases, solution assessments, and implementation planning.
• Coordinate market readiness, testing, change management and adoption.
