Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Subject Matter Expert in areas: patient identification workflows, revenue cycle, CRM & MyChart, Patient Registration, or lab order entry.
• Possession of or ability to obtain Epic software certification within 8 weeks of hire.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Epic change control processes; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with analysts, project teams, and technical staff to assess change impacts and risks.
• Troubleshoot Data Courier issues and guide teams.
• Monitor change outcomes and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate environment management across development, testing, training and production.
• Plan and oversee environment refreshes, upgrades, releases, and version changes.
• Establish environment schedules and communicate downtime and maintenance windows.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, database, and vendor teams for stability and performance.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and vendor staff to align business needs with changes.
• Provide end-user support for issues in tracking systems.
• Act as trusted advisor on Epic deployment and change strategy.
• Act as delegate for Applications Manager for incident resolution.
• Provide mentorship for peers and leadership to solve problems.
• Lead complex initiatives involving multiple applications and stakeholders.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis related to availability.
• Work during regular hours and on-call, with potential nights/weekends.
