Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a dynamic IT Director to lead Epic EMR initiatives in the Ambulatory setting. This role reports to the VP of EMR Systems and focuses on delivering innovative EMR solutions that improve patient outcomes and expand care capacity.

The candidate will oversee Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, OpTime, and other modules, build a high-performing team, and drive KPI improvements while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in Epic teams, preferably multi-specialty.
• Excellent leadership, communication, vendor management, and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record in Patient Engagement and Access optimization projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Epic Outpatient Clinical Modules: Ambulatory, Beaker, Beacon, OpTime, Healthy Planet, Radiant.
• Strong understanding of the EMR landscape and healthcare operations.
• Bachelor's or Master's in healthcare administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic Ambulatory/Healthy Planet and OpTime/Ancillary teams.
• Drive KPIs defined by senior management.
• Manage and develop a high-performing, collaborative team.
• Partner with the VP EMR Systems and stakeholders for seamless integrations.
• Stay current with EMR industry trends and advocate innovative solutions.
