Job summary

North Olympic Healthcare Network in Port Angeles, WA 98362 seeks a Clinical Informatics Specialist I to improve and promote the use of Epic and related clinical systems. You will provide end-user support, training, and onboarding while collaborating with clinical and operations teams.

Responsibilities include supporting Epic workflows, creating documentation, and assisting with EHR upgrades and implementations to drive standardized processes in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare IT knowledge preferred.
• At least 1 year of work experience troubleshooting, teaching, training, implementing, or supporting an EHR.
• Epic Ambulatory experience preferred.
• Strong adult learning, workflow analysis, and communication skills.
• English language required.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for Epic and related clinical applications, including coaching and workflow optimization across departments.
• Develop and maintain EHR documentation, workflows, user manuals, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Assist with EHR upgrades, testing, validation, and resolution of escalated issues; support project work.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to promote standardized workflows and effective use of technology.
