Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Clinical experience, certification, licensure, or degree preferred.
Epic Ambulatory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for Epic and related clinical applications.
Coach, train, and assist with onboarding and ongoing training.
Serve as escalation resource for Epic workflows and user adoption.
Collaborate with Helpdesk to resolve incidents and optimize workflows.
Develop and maintain EHR documentation and standard work.
Support EHR upgrades, testing, and validation activities.
