Qualifications

• Associates Degree in health sciences, education, or IT-related field.
• Demonstrated use of an EHR in a health care setting (2+ years) and impact on patient care or IT services.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Epic training per onboarding and access management requirements.
• Receives, evaluates and prioritizes intake of Epic-based requests for assistance or issue resolution.
• Diagnoses learning needs and designs targeted learning interventions.
• Maintains detailed client records in ServiceNow including actions taken and resolutions.
• Builds and updates knowledge base; rounds with EHR Manager and site leadership.
