Job summary

Tahoe Forest Health System is seeking an EHR Application Support Analyst to provide in-depth EPIC expertise and optimize ambulatory workflows. You will develop and deliver training programs, onboarding for new staff, upgrades training, and support system implementations and conversions to ensure staff operate efficiently.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work with multiple clinics to tailor training and maximize system performance.

Qualifications

• Certifications: Credentialed in Epic Ambulatory within 3 months of hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: must build relationships with clinic staff.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task tasks and projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for assigned Ambulatory Clinics; understand processes and workflows and have advanced knowledge of their applications.
• Advanced knowledge of EPIC Ambulatory module.
• Cross-trains to support other Epic modules including Orders.
• Cross trains to support Cancer Center EMR.
• Provides a role-based training program and trains, assesses end-user proficiency.
