Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
• Five years’ healthcare IT application/technical experience.
• Five years’ of applicable Epic application experience.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Leads the implementation and support of hospital information systems using Epic capabilities and functional use.
• Liaises between technical support, customers, and project teams for design, implementation and training of healthcare information systems.
• Designs, configures, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains programs/applications for workflow improvements.
• Develops and oversees policies and procedures for areas of responsibility.
• Provides on-call support for applications that generate incidents outside business hours with travel for go-live events.
