Qualifications

• Entry-level role providing frontline Epic EHR support across the organization.
• Assist with ticket triage, onboarding support, account maintenance, and documentation management.
• Support end users and ensure efficient use of the Epic EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Help Desk & User Support: triage, document, and escalate tickets as appropriate.
• Monitor support inboxes and phone queues for timely responses.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for Epic workflows and access issues.
• Account Management: onboarding, role changes, and basic personalization support.
• Support scheduling template maintenance under supervision.
• Documentation: maintain workflows and training materials in knowledge base.
• Device, Software & Licensing: maintain records for workstations and licenses.
• System Support & Learning: participate in testing and ongoing Epic knowledge.
