Job summary

Neighborhood Health Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Training EHR Support Analyst to develop and deliver Epic training programs for clinicians and staff. You will support onboarding, optimization, and adoption of Epic best practices through classroom, virtual, and on-site sessions.

You will coordinate readiness for upgrades, partner with clinical and operational teams, and identify training gaps to improve workflow adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or accredited healthcare training program with clinical experience may be considered.
  • Epic experience required; Epic training credential or certification within six months.
  • Adult education or clinical teaching experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Epic training sessions for individual and group end users.
  • Develop, maintain, and update training materials, user guides, and e-learning content.
  • Research, test, and recommend Epic best practices aligned with operational needs.
  • Coordinate training readiness for Epic upgrades and workflow changes.
  • Partner with clinical and operational teams to reinforce workflow adoption.
  • Support optimization initiatives by identifying training-related workflow gaps.
