Job summary

Neighborhood Health Center in Portland, OR seeks an EHR Support Coordinator to provide frontline Epic support across the organization. This entry‑level role triages tickets, assists with onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation while building foundational Epic knowledge.

You will work with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure efficient EHR use and continuous improvement of workflows, reporting, and training. This is a growth pathway for advanced Epic roles.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One (1) year of Epic experience required; OCHIN Epic experience preferred.
• Clinical, healthcare operations, or healthcare support experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare technology, informatics, or Epic systems required.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline help desk support for Epic-related requests and triage tickets.
• Assist with user onboarding, role changes, and access management.
• Support onboarding, go-lives, upgrades, and optimization initiatives with Epic Trainers.
• Create and maintain training materials and knowledge-base documentation.
• Assist with device/licenses records and end-user access needs.
• Engage in testing and maintain knowledge of Epic functionality.
