Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Medical Informatics Program Coordinator to lead the enterprise-wide rollout of the Epic Gold EHR. You will serve as a liaison between Clinical Informatics, IT, and frontline clinicians to align regional implementation efforts with clinical and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Healthcare Admin, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in project coordination or change management in large healthcare setting.
• Epic EHR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Go-Live governance, SBAR tracking, and change requests.
• Drive provider workflow optimization and training communications.
• Monitor EHR milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
• Act as liaison across System, Regional, and Market teams.
• Ensure operational readiness and task tracking.
