Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks a Medical Informatics Program Coordinator-Policy-Bylaw-Reg to bridge clinical operations with digital infrastructure and ensure EHR and related technologies align with organizational standards.

You will guide policy reviews, support regulatory compliance, and drive standardization of clinical workflows while coordinating with the System Director of Medical Informatics to maintain project timelines and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent education/experience considered.
1–3 years experience managing large, diverse projects including planning, facilitation, and implementation.
1–3 years experience in healthcare policy or regulatory space.

Responsibilities

Align clinical workflows with organizational standards and policies; identify potential project risks.
Coordinate operational readiness activities for EHR go-lives, upgrades, and system optimizations.
Serve as a primary communication conduit between regional and system-level stakeholders.
Gather clinician feedback to identify technology gaps and workflow improvement opportunities.
Triage, log, and route EHR design escalations for timely resolution by relevant teams.
Collaborate with clinical and IT leadership to promote successful EHR adoption.
