Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years Leadership experience in staff supervision or equivalent.
• 3 years Epic applications development, support, and maintenance.
• 4 years Progressive experience in Information Services or healthcare industry.
• Experience with Epic-based large hospital systems or IDNs.
• Program and large-scale project management experience.
• Ability to plan and implement integrated systems architecture.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• EPIC Certification is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in supporting, optimizing, and maintaining Epic and other applications.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Epic enhancements and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements for reliability and risk reduction.
• Influence technical direction and ensure alignment with IS&T priorities.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to analysts on scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Establish and maintain standards for integration design, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee vendor management, implementations, and maintenance processes.
