Qualifications

• Four years in a healthcare-related clinical environment with focus on clinical information systems.
• Understanding of patient care processes in acute care and ambulatory settings.
• HIPAA compliance ensured in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic EHR and PM system implementations and oversee Epic application support.
• Act as primary super user for Epic software applications.
• Provide guidance and training for Epic EHR and third-party applications at SVHMC/SVHC.
• Manage staffing, evaluations, and staff development to maintain high quality work.
• Oversee project discovery, build, testing, validation, and training of Epic projects.
• Collaborate with SVH IT on system upgrades and validation.
• Develop training curricula for end-users and generate data analysis.
