Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Product Leader to own Epic–based product strategy and execution across enterprise informatics. You will partner with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate business and clinical needs into actionable requirements, ensuring adoption and safety across initiatives.

The role emphasizes deep Epic expertise, agile delivery, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve healthcare delivery for patients, families, and communities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of product management and healthcare informatics or health IT product/project management experience.
• Deep Epic expertise, including hands-on experience with Epic modules and tools.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leader who can drive decisions and coordinate resources.
• Highly collaborative and able to translate technical topics to varied audiences.
• Data-driven mindset to measure product impact with analytics teams.
• Adept at problem solving, collaboration, and execution.
• Experience in change management and user adoption of clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions and drive product strategy.
• Own full lifecycle for Epic-based tools from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
• Create features, stories, and workflow designs based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and project plans.
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to define product vision tied to OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration and architecture teams in an agile process.
• Maintain risk and issue logs with clear escalation pathways.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
