CVS Health seeks a product owner for the Epic EHR platform to lead strategy and execution by translating clinical needs into Epic-based solutions. You will partner with clinical, technical, and operational teams to drive adoption, quality, and patient safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management and healthcare informatics experience.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on Epic software knowledge.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare tech projects on time and within scope.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset to measure product impact and outcomes.
• Excellent problem solving and execution skills.
• Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the program.
• Own full lifecycle for Epic-based tools from ideation to go-live and vendor options.
• Create features and workflows from clinical insights and CX needs.
• Define execution pathways with clear milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and operational teams to align with OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture partners in agile sprints.
• Develop risk logs and mitigation plans across domains.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with agendas, follow-ups, and accountability.
• Deliver executive reporting on status, risks and decisions.
• Support readiness and training for Epic releases and changes.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing talent.
