Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior product leader to own the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools. You will drive product strategy from ideation through delivery, collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to convert healthcare needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps.

You will guide cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensure adoption and safety across enterprise informatics projects, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management/healthcare informatics experience.
• Deep Epic software management and configuration experience in a healthcare enterprise.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leadership with the ability to coordinate resources in a matrixed environment.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and clear translation of technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the product lifecycle.
• Owns end-to-end lifecycle for Epic tools and workflows, including vendor buy-vs-build evaluations.
• Creates features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translates strategic goals into actionable product requirements and project plans.
• Partners with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product vision with organizational OKRs.
• Coordinates with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile development.
• Maintains risk/issue logs with escalation and resolution paths.
• Ensures cross-functional alignment and effective governance with clear accountability.
• Delivers executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
• Supports readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic releases.
• Assists domain leaders in recruiting and developing product/informatics talent.
