Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience building, implementing and supporting EHR applications.
• 4+ years in information services or healthcare IT experience.
• Experience with small to medium upgrades/implementations.
• Test plan development experience.
• IT experience and/or healthcare operations experience.
• Project management of large initiatives.
• Applications planning, development and implementation.
• Technical collaboration (interfaces, hardware, reporting).
• EPIC certification to be obtained upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Identify optimal technical solutions that integrate with other systems.
• Prepare work plans for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain technical environments.
• Evaluate workflows for feasibility and resolve operational issues.
• Develop clear specifications and documentation.
• Plan and execute comprehensive test scenarios.
• Assist in establishing technology standards.
• Assist in estimating resources and communicating variances to management.
• Complete assigned tasks by due date.
