Jefferson Health Plans seeks an experienced IT professional to support identifying and implementing optimal technical solutions within our healthcare systems. You will prepare work plans for upgrades, configure environments, and evaluate workflows to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.

You will develop documentation, test scenarios, and help establish technology standards while assisting in resource estimation and milestone tracking for large initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and 1 year EHR application build, implementation and support experience.
• 4 years progressive experience in information services or healthcare ops or combination thereof.
• Experience with small to medium-scale implementation or upgrades.
• Test Plan development experience.
• Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience.
• Project management of large initiatives.
• Implementation/Upgrade Support.
• Applications Planning, Development and Implementation.
• Technical Collaboration (interfaces, hardware and reporting).
• EPIC Certification - Epic Systems Upon Hire.

Aufgaben

• Supports the business in identifying optimal technical solutions and integrating with existing systems.
• Prepares work plans for system upgrades and enhancements and validates feasibility of workflows.
• Develops clear specifications and documentation; plans and executes test scenarios.
• Assists in establishing technology standards and estimating resources.
• Completes tasks by due date or documents variances.
