Job summary

VHC Health is seeking a MyChart Digital Solutions Analyst to bridge digital solutions with healthcare operations. The role supports Epic EMR integrations, workflow design, and staff training within the IS Division's Special Projects Team.

The analyst will analyze procedures, develop system components, and coordinate with clinical users to translate business needs into EMR functionality, while staying current with system updates and vendor releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, science, or business, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 1+ year of IS/Healthcare information services experience or related healthcare operations.
• Epic certification or plan to obtain within months.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, configuring, and delivering Epic and third-party system solutions.
• Develop workflows, configure systems, and document processes for staff training.
• Test, implement, and support new functionality; create data sets, reports, and QA checks.
• Provide 24/7 problem resolution for clinical systems and liaise with Epic project team.
