Job summary

Guthrie Clinic seeks an experienced Epic Clinical Systems Analyst III to lead implementation, development, and support of Epic clinical systems. You will partner with end-users and vendors to test upgrades, influence workflows and reporting, and guide other Epic builders while managing project plans.

The role emphasizes coordinating testing, training staff, and escalating complex issues to ensure successful go-lives and optimal system performance within Guthrie Clinic’s clinical environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years as an Epic Builder with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with two Epic major releases or two go-lives.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two or more Epic System Certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, development, programming and support of clinical systems.
• Coordinate test plans with end users and vendors; ensure testing before go-live.
• Act as liaison between end users and IT; mentor other Epic builders.
• Monitor system performance, escalations and asset changes with vendors.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and provide minutes and follow-ups.
