Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst III to advance our Epic program and support the mission of holistic care. You will lead enterprise workflow design, implement Epic solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams across operational and technical domains.

You will mentor analysts, drive standardization, and manage complex upgrades with stakeholders, ensuring quality, regulatory alignment, and production readiness during major deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field; advanced education preferred.
• 7-8 years of direct clinical/healthcare IT experience including complex implementations, upgrades, optimization, or production support in an integrated EHR environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analysis and enterprise workflow design across Epic platforms.
• Coordinate resolutions of high-impact incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and lead corrective actions.
• Plan and lead large, complex projects, upgrades, and optimization initiatives with defined milestones and risk management.
• Serve as senior liaison to operational leaders, Epic reps, end users, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Establish design and testing standards, change control, documentation, and production support.
• Mentor analysts, coordinate shared work, and lead knowledge transfer and readiness activities.
• Evaluate capabilities and regulatory requirements to propose enterprise improvements.
