Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina is seeking an Epic Cupid & Radiant Application Analyst II to optimize Epic Cupid & Radiant systems. You will drive project management, system analysis, testing, and collaboration with clinical and IT teams to support patient care and financial goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience, and Epic Sphinx readiness. This is not a remote position and will involve on-site work with the IT department.

Qualifications

• Must take Epic Sphinx exam and pass/qualify prior to being considered for this position.
• Excellent analysis and testing skills including data gathering, problem solving, and test plan creation and execution
• Experience using structured methodologies for design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of applications
• Ability to manage multiple activities of varying complexity under time constraints
• Familiarity with change control methods and communicating impact with diverse users
• Customer service focus with solution-oriented mindset
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation/ facilitation skills
• Ability to train end-users using Train the Trainer methodology

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for various levels of IT projects.
• Responsible for proficient use of project management tools and development of time/cost estimates, specifications, development and deployment.
• Determine tasks and timelines for projects to anticipate schedules.
• Collaborate with programmers or vendors to implement design specifications.
• Assign tasks to team members to meet goals and deliverables.
• Update leadership on issues affecting timelines and project status.
• Develop detailed test plans and complete rigorous testing.
• Budget reconciliation of projects and stakeholder reporting.
• Provide technical assistance and user staff training.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of related applications
