Job summary

The role reports to an Application Systems Manager and collaborates with Tower Health facilities to support the enterprise EHR and clinical systems. The analyst will provide expertise in evaluation, planning, design, development, implementation, training, maintenance and ongoing support of clinical applications, with advanced knowledge of the Epic

Qualifications

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of clinical workflow

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and support in evaluation, planning, design, development, implementation, training, maintenance and ongoing support of clinical applications.
• Collaborate with clinicians, facility leadership, Quality and IT to clarify needs, prioritize requests and advise on technology design.
• Support change to enterprise EHR and other clinical systems and enhance direct patient care.
