Job summary

STI is seeking an Expert Epic Clinical Project Manager to lead planning and implementation of an Epic EHR project for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. You will manage day-to-day activities for the assigned portion, coordinate with executives and vendors, and ensure successful delivery of clinical components across modules.

The role requires strong PM skills, healthcare IT knowledge, and experience in complex stakeholder environments, reporting into senior leadership

Qualifications

• Certified in at least one clinical application.
• Experience managing Epic EHR implementations.
• Ability to coordinate with executive leadership, IT and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scope, schedule and quality for the Clinical EHR build team and modules listed.
• Coordinate with the EHR Program Director and other project managers/team managers to align activities.
• Engage the business community, advise and coach team members on project issues and success factors.
• Share lessons learned and practical improvements with the project team.
