Job summary

Software Technology Inc. is seeking an Epic EHR training leader to develop and deliver training for clinical documentation workflows, collaborating with Clinical Informatics and IT to improve efficiency and patient care outcomes.

The role requires Epic-certified training experience, CDI expertise, and the ability to create engaging materials and assess training impact across provider and clinical staff during go-lives and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Epic Certified Trainer with at least 5 years of experience in clinical documentation workflows.
• Strong CDI background with 3+ years improving documentation practices.
• Ability to translate system functionality into end-user training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training curricula for clinical workflows in Epic.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training to providers and staff.
• Create manuals, eLearn modules, quick-reference guides, and simulations.
• Act as SME for Epic clinical documentation workflows and translate functionality into training.
• Support EHR implementations, upgrades, go-live readiness, and command center activities.
• Identify workflow improvements using user feedback and metrics.
• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics, IT, and analysts on optimization and governance.
• Ensure content aligns with Epic standards and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing end-user support.
