Amerit Consulting seeks an Epic Clinical Documentation Application Analyst for a 26-week remote contract with a California Public Ivy health system. The role focuses on design, build, test, and implementation of clinical documentation solutions, supporting clinical users and workflows.

The analyst will configure the application, develop training materials, and serve as a primary technical liaison during go-live, stabilization, and ongoing support.

Qualificações

• Must be Epic certified or accredited in Clinical Documentation.
• Strong understanding of clinical processes, documentation requirements, workflows, and clinical practice standards.
• Experience in clinical application configuration, building, testing, implementation, and support.
• Ability to analyze clinical and business workflows, operational requirements, and application functionality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, end users, project teams, and management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and implementation of clinical application systems.
• Provides support to clinical users through knowledge of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards.
• Works with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
• Prepares detailed specifications encompassing clinical processes, information flow, risk, and impact analysis.
• May provide customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• APeX Application Analyst – Clinical Documentation functions as the primary support contact and expert for the Clinical Documentation application.
• Coordinates issues during the project for their application area.
• Analyzes workflows and understands policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical operations.
• Conducts in-depth investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality.
• Develops and documents internal procedures and change control processes for the applications.
• Develops user training aids and trains end users on workflows and application usage.
• Serves as the primary contact for troubleshooting problems and answering end‑user questions during training, go‑live, stabilization, and ongoing support (24/7).
