Job summary

RSM is seeking an experienced Healthcare Consulting Supervisor to lead Epic clinical projects and manage complex delivery across multiple engagements. The role blends hands-on Epic work with project coordination, governance, and team leadership, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client value.

You will collaborate with CMIOs, nurses, and IT leaders, while guiding staff, managing risk, and growing the practice within a dynamic healthcare technology consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Active Epic certification in at least one clinical Epic application is required.
• 7+ years of hands‑on Epic clinical implementation, optimization, support, or healthcare operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on Epic clinical delivery across implementations, optimizations, upgrades, and stabilization engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including physicians, nurses, IT, and vendors.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Support go-live readiness, stabilization, and post‑go‑live activities.
• Mentor associates and contribute to practice growth.
