Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an Epic Clinical Subject Manager & Project Manager to lead and deliver Epic initiatives within Healthcare Technology Consulting Services. You will perform hands‑on clinical delivery while coordinating project plans, governance, and cross‑functional teams across multiple client engagements.

The role combines Epic subject matter expertise with program management, staff supervision, and practice growth activities, with travel as needed to support client delivery and go‑lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Active Epic certification in at least one clinical Epic application is required.
• 7+ years of hands‑on Epic clinical implementation, optimization, support, or healthcare operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Epic clinical projects, implementations, or major workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25%–75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on Epic clinical delivery work across implementations, optimizations, upgrades, and stabilization engagements as a subject matter expert or workstream lead.
• Support clinical workflow design, build validation, testing, go‑live readiness, and post‑go‑live support.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including physicians, nursing, IT, training, and vendors.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting.
