Job summary

Mosaic Life Care seeks a Director of Clinical Applications to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the Epic EHR and related clinical applications. You will work with clinical and operational stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals, drive outcomes, and ensure high-quality patient care through well-governed solutions.

Responsibilities include governance, change control, optimization initiatives, and leading teams responsible for Epic and revenue cycle systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years progressive experience supporting Epic applications or healthcare IT leadership.
Proven success leading application teams in a complex healthcare setting.
Experience with IT planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Drive strategy, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic and related clinical/revenue cycle applications.
Lead and manage multiple clinical and revenue cycle application teams to meet service levels.
Oversee governance, change control processes, and value realization initiatives.
Foster collaboration with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT peers to advance goals.
Establish team goals, metrics, and provide coaching and development planning.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are effectively managed.
