Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts in design, implementation, support and testing of Epic apps.
Oversee release processes and coordinate cross-functional projects.
Hire, develop and evaluate staff; manage performance and training.
Develop metrics for continuous improvement and stakeholder reporting.
Collaborate with vendors, customers and leadership to align requirements.
