Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information services, business, healthcare or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in information services, business services or healthcare.
• Associates degree with 4+ years in information services or healthcare.
• 6 years of experience in information services or healthcare.
• Epic applications certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis support for mid complexity projects and maintenance of EHR applications.
• Act as liaison between customers and support staff to resolve issues.
• Plan and implement technology learning programs and assess users for competence.
• Work under general supervision with on-call responsibilities.
