Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or related field plus 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare or related field.
• Or an Associate degree plus 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare.
• Or 6 years of experience in Information Services or Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Handle mid complexity issues and serve as liaison between customer and support staff to resolve issues.
• Translate customer requirements into feasible options within the application.
• Plan and implement technology learning programs and assess users for competence.
