Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional four years experience in lieu of degree possible.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between work teams and departments.
• Facilitates team and client meetings and delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
• May train newly onboarded or more junior team members.
• Manages customer expectations and delivers solutions on time.
• Creates custom solutions or advanced configuration options to meet workflow needs.
