BuzzClan is seeking a Clinical Documentation Principal Trainer to develop and deliver EHR training across clinical documentation workflows. You will partner with informatics and IT to optimize documentation and ensure training aligns with updates and regulatory requirements.

The role requires Epic certification, 5+ years in related training or CDI roles, and experience with large-scale EHR implementations. You will lead content development, coaching, and governance activities to standardize

Qualifikationen

• Epic-certified as Principal Trainer in Clinical Documentation.
• 5 years of experience in clinical documentation training or CDI roles.
• Experience with clinical documentation improvement (CDI) practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS).
• Experience supporting large-scale EHR implementations or upgrades.
• Certified in developing the Epic training environments.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain training curriculum for clinical documentation workflows (provider documentation, templates, SmartTools).
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training to providers and clinical staff.
• Develop training materials including manuals, eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and simulations.
