Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking an Application Administrator II to design, configure, and optimize Epic Information Exchange applications. You will collaborate with department super users, vendors, educators, and IT staff to ensure effective upgrades and ongoing support in a hybrid remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Required certification/associate degree or 3 years of related application use with business or healthcare work experience.
• Prefer bachelor's degree in information technology, health care or related field.
• Experience: 3 years in a health care related field using EPIC with IT daily ops.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Epic Information Exchange applications.
• Act as liaison with department super users, vendors, educators, and support staff.
• Coordinate with IT Application Administrator Lead/Project Manager on upgrades and requests.
• Support security policies and user role templates for application access.
• Work with Revenue Integrity to translate payer contracts to system specs and optimize workflows.
