Qualifications

• Undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems as a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Cadence scheduling applications and related infrastructure.
• Analyze scheduling workflows and access needs; translate requirements into Cadence builds.
• Maintain scheduling environments and access controls in compliance with HIPAA and privacy laws.
• Coordinate with Epic teams to validate data and ensure consistency across systems.
• Manage changes for Cadence upgrades, releases and new implementations from analysis to go-live.
• Build scheduling templates, appointment types, provider/resources records, and wait-list tools.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, access, compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver improved scheduling solutions.
• Maintain documentation, configuration records, and build inventories; liaise with leadership and IT teams.
• Participate in Epic workgroups and stay current with release notes and best practices.
