Job summary

Interwell Health is seeking a Senior Specialist, Epic Solution Delivery (Cadence & Prelude) for remote work in the United States. You will deliver expert Epic module support, guide complex development efforts, and liaise between technical teams and stakeholders.

You will mentor teammates, ensure quality standards, and help shape long-term Epic enhancements while overseeing full product lifecycles and advanced configurations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare IT or Epic development.
• 5+ years Epic experience with configurations and workflows.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Epic certifications in Cadence and Prelude.
• Ability to lead small projects independently.
• Strong PM skills including risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure complex Epic workflows.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts on tasks.
• Perform QA and testing to ensure user requirements.
• Interface with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide innovation and feedback to improve Epic systems.
